Consultation

Treatments in the field of aesthetic medicine currently have a very wide range of applications.

A consultation is extremely important for choosing the appropriate procedure, identifying any contraindications, and ensuring the expected post-treatment results.

At EsteticDerma Point, every treatment in the field of aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or cosmetology is preceded by a detailed consultation with one of our specialists. During this consultation, a personalized treatment plan is created and qualification for the planned procedure is determined. The consultation will include questions about your health and the treatments you have previously undergone.

During the consultation, we answer all questions related to the planned procedure, including the treatment schedule.

Duration: 15–30 minutes.

What is hyaluronic acid?
Hyaluronic acid is a substance that occurs naturally in our body and is present in the skin. It binds water and is responsible for maintaining proper hydration. Over time, its level decreases, which may result in dry skin, reduced elasticity and volume, and the appearance of the first wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid preparations are widely used in aesthetic medicine in various treatments and areas. Depending on the treatment goal, two main types of hyaluronic acid are distinguished – non-cross-linked and cross-linked. Non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid is used to moisturize the skin. It remains in the tissues from several days up to about a month. It is administered deep into the skin with a thin, short needle using mesotherapy techniques, usually after the application of a local anesthetic cream. Cross-linked hyaluronic acid is a typical dermal filler that has been stabilized with a cross-linking agent. The time it remains in the tissue depends on the degree of cross-linking, the injection area, and the individual characteristics of the patient. The more cross-linked the hyaluronic acid is, the longer it remains in the tissue. The effects of filler treatments with hyaluronic acid usually last from 6 to 18 months. Products containing cross-linked hyaluronic acid are administered using a needle or cannula and may contain an anesthetic substance such as lidocaine. Their purpose is to restore shape and volume.
Who is it for?
The procedure using non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid is recommended for people whose skin is dry and lacks firmness, as well as for those with allergic or reactive skin. There are generally no age restrictions. People who already have visible wrinkles, deepening folds, hollow areas, or who want to enhance features such as cheekbones, lips, or chin and restore facial volume may choose treatment with cross-linked hyaluronic acid. People with a tendency to retain water or with impaired lymphatic flow may not qualify for this treatment.
What does the procedure look like?
The procedure is performed by a specialist after collecting a detailed medical history. A properly selected certified preparation is injected with a needle or cannula at different depths of the skin depending on the desired effect. The treatment lasts approximately 30–60 minutes and can be performed with or without local anesthesia. Most ready-to-use syringes with hyaluronic acid already contain an anesthetic component. After the procedure, minor bruising or slight swelling may occur.
Effects
Hyaluronic acid stabilizes within about 12 days, after which the final result can be evaluated. The treatment provides improved facial volume and a three-dimensional contouring effect. The duration of the results depends on several factors such as the patient’s age, skin condition, lifestyle, overall health, and the amount and location of the injected product. The quantity of the preparation may vary depending on the treatment area and desired outcome.
Contraindications:
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Active herpes infection
  • Skin infections
  • Epilepsy
  • Porphyria
  • Allergy to substances contained in fillers or anesthetics
  • Cancer
Treatment time: 30–60 minutes
The procedure is usually repeated once every 12 months
The treatment price includes preparation of the skin before injection (enzymatic exfoliation, acid treatment, and hydrolipid barrier balancing) as well as post-treatment skin care.
What is lip modeling?
Beautiful lips are one of the most noticeable features of a woman. However, over time the lip tissue may lose firmness, become dehydrated, or appear thinner. In younger patients, asymmetry or disproportion between the upper and lower lips is also common. With hyaluronic acid injections, we can moisturize the lips, improve their proportions, increase volume by adjusting their shape, and correct asymmetries. In addition, the treatment can enhance the lip contour and lift the corners of the mouth.
Who is it for?
For people who are dissatisfied with the shape or size of their lips, as well as for those whose lips have lost firmness and natural glow. The treatment is also recommended for individuals with dry or dehydrated lips.
What does the procedure look like?
The procedure is performed by a specialist who conducts a detailed consultation and selects the appropriate preparation to address the specific concern and achieve the patient’s desired results. The treatment is carried out under local anesthesia using an anesthetic cream. A preparation containing cross-linked hyaluronic acid is injected into the lip tissue with a thin needle or cannula. After the procedure, the patient can return to normal activities, although slight bruising or swelling may occur and usually subsides within 24 hours.
Effects
Beautiful, moisturized, and well-shaped lips with a gently defined contour and lifted mouth corners. The results may last up to 12 months.
Contraindications:
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Active herpes infection
  • Skin infections
  • Epilepsy
  • Porphyria
  • Allergy to substances contained in fillers or anesthetics
  • Cancer
Duration of the procedure: 60–90 minutes
The procedure is usually performed once every 12 months
What is botulinum toxin treatment?

Treatment using botulinum toxin is one of the most popular aesthetic procedures worldwide. It is a well-known, safe, and minimally invasive treatment that allows you to quickly reduce mimic wrinkles. The result is a smoother and more refreshed appearance of the face.

Botulinum toxin is a powerful substance that inhibits neuromuscular transmission by blocking the release of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. As a result, nerve impulses are not transmitted to the muscles, causing them to relax and allowing wrinkles to smooth out. The first effects are visible around the third day, with the final results appearing after about two weeks. The effect usually lasts between 3 and 6 months.

The most common treatment areas include the frown lines (lion’s wrinkle), forehead wrinkles, and crow’s feet.

Who is it for?

Botulinum toxin treatment is recommended for people who are beginning to notice the first signs of mimic wrinkles.

Other indications for BTX treatment:

What is calcium hydroxyapatite?

This substance is an inorganic chemical compound, and at the same time a natural component found in the human body (more specifically in the bones and in the teeth). Calcium hydroxyapatite is widely used in medicine – also aesthetic. It is a biologically compatible material with the human body, and therefore well tolerated.

For whom?

Calcium hydroxyapatite in aesthetic medicine  is used for anti-aging treatments. At Esteticderma Point, we use hydroxyapatite with prolonged action, thanks to which we interact on the selected area in two ways:

  • First of all: filling and smoothing wrinkles.
  • Second: activating the natural regenerative processes of the skin – mainly by stimulating the production of collagen.

The treatment with the use of calcium hydroxyapatite provides both immediate and long-term effects: smoothing wrinkles, improving skin tension and density.

The treatment with this substance is recommended for people who can observe signs of skin aging – primarily:

  • Decreased skin firmness and density.
  • Wrinkles and furrows.
  • Tissue sagging, disrupted face oval.
  • too low skin density.

Calcium hydroxyapatite can be an alternative to other typically volumetric treatments and treatments that stimulate collagen synthesis.

What does the procedure look like?

The preparation with a gel formula is administered deep into the skin by injection on a cannula or a needle. The gel is a kind of filler and contains microspheres of the active substance, which is calcium hydroxyapatite. As time goes on, the gel is naturally absorbed and gives way to new collagen fibers, thanks to which the result of the treatment is long-term.

Calcium hydroxyapatite is not used under the eyes due to the high density of the preparation and the delicacy of this area.

effect?

The treatment using calcium hydroxyapatite provides comprehensive effects – on the one hand, it immediately smoothes wrinkles, and on the other hand, it affects fibroblasts, stimulating them to increase collagen production. The effects are quick and durable at the same time. Solved problem is wrinkles and furrows, loss of firmness and density of the skin, visible signs of aging of the skin of the face, cleavage, neck, hands.

Contraindications:
  • pregnancy
  • breast-feeding
  • tendency to form hypertrophic scars
  • taking medications that reduce blood clots
  • blood clotting disorders
  • Inflammation and skin infections
  • cancer
  • autoimmune diseases

Duration of the procedure: 60-90 min

Frequency once a year

The price of the treatment includes preparations for the injection (enzymatic, acid and hydrolipid barrier alignment) as well as after-treatment of the skin

What is Needle Mesotherapy?

The passing time is clearly reflected on the skin, which loses its natural ability to regenerate. the production of elastin  and collagen  – i.e. proteins responsible for the elasticity and consistency of the skin, as well as hyaluronic acid, has the ability to bind water and provide an appropriate level hydration. Properly selected cosmetics can counteract these processes to some extent, but the most effective agents are the agents administered directly to the dermis. Needle mesotherapy allows the skin to provide the ingredients it needs.

For whom?

The indication for the treatment is the need to counteract the processes of skin aging and the withdrawal of already visible symptoms. Mesotherapy is recommended for people with visible wrinkles, loss of skin elasticity and its unhealthy, gray shade. The treatment can also be an element of anti-aging prevention, if it is implemented before the onset of clear symptoms of aging.

What does the procedure look like?

Needle mesotherapy treatment consists in the precise introduction of active substances (such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins or peptides) directly into the dermis. Everything is done with a fine needle under local anesthesia, and the composition of the preparation and the concentration of its ingredients are carefully selected, taking into account the needs of the person undergoing the treatment.

Needle mesotherapy allows the skin to provide the skin with ingredients that stimulate cellular reconstruction, improve microcirculation and hydration, increase elasticity and improve color. The procedure is most often performed in the area of the face, neck and cleavage, although it can also be used on other parts of the body and on the hands.

effect?
  • Loss of skin elasticity, wrinkles, dehydrated and illuminated skin. Reduction of wrinkles and furrows  – the skin is smoothed, both fine mimic wrinkles and deeper signs of aging are reduced.
  • Improvement of skin elasticity and tension – preparations used during the treatment stimulate the production of proteins responsible for maintaining elasticity and firmness.
  • Better skin hydration  – it regains its ability to bind water.
  • Improving color and  reducing discoloration – the ingredients of the preparation improve microcirculation, and thus, oxygenation of the skin, thanks to which it regains a healthy shade and natural glow.
  • Stimulation of regenerative processes – the skin is easier to repair after damage and is more resistant to harmful external factors.
Contraindications:
  • pregnancy
  • breast-feeding
  • intolerance to any of the ingredients of the preparation
  • autoimmune diseases
  • Skin inflammation
  • tendency to form hypertrophic scars
  • taking medications that reduce blood clots
  • intense tanning
  • taking isotretinoin-containing drugs

Duration of the procedure: 60-90 min

3-7 series of treatments every 2-3 weeks

The price of the treatment includes preparations for the injection (enzymatic, acidic and hydrolipid barrier alignment) as well as after-treatment of the skin

What is scalp mesotherapy?

Scalp mesotherapy is a method of treating hair loss and improving its quality. A series of micro-punctures and administration directly to the skin in the vicinity of hair follicles specialized peptide preparations (e.g. dr cyj – which contains seven peptides and  hyaluronic acid) or plasma PRP  (containing several types of biologically active molecules of the so-called growth factors) is designed to improve microcirculation in the skin and nourish the hair bulbs. Thanks to the mesotherapy treatments, the hair follicle is constantly stimulated, the stem cells multiply, which results in inhibition of hair loss and strengthening and increasing the thickness of the hair. These treatments often complement pharmacological treatment, e.g. in androgenic alopecia or after a hair transplant.

For whom?

Indications:

  • androgenetic alopecia
  • thin and thin hair
  • Hair strengthening before and after transplantation
  • Therapies combined in excessive hair loss
  • Scalp care
What does the procedure look like?

Mesotherapy & scalp consists of minor injections into the skin and administration of active substances or platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Micro-punctures are made with a thin needle. The treatment is painless, non-invasive, fast and does not require a recovery period.  The procedure is performed by a doctor or cosmetologist  which will select the appropriate preparation depending on the indications.

effect?

inhibition of hair loss  and acceleration of its regrowth. In addition, regrowth hair becomes stronger, healthier and more dense.

Duration of the treatment: approx. 40 min

Series The peptide lasts 2 months 4 sessions every 2 weeks.

PRP 3 treatments a year every 3 months.

Stimulation of natural skin regenerative processes. Increasing the production of collagen and elastin, improving skin firmness and elasticity, reducing wrinkles and scars – these are the goals that can be achieved thanks to skin micro-puncture treatments. As the name suggests, they consist in making many small punctures in the skin. These intended microdamages stimulate natural regenerative processes. During micro-puncture, active substances are also introduced to the epidermis and the dermis, which enhance the effect of the treatment. How is micro-puncture and to whom is it recommended? Find out the most important information on this topic!

What is the skin micro-puncture treatment?

In order to understand the idea of this treatment, you need to realize that numerous processes take place in the skin – including regenerative processes, thanks to which it is kept in good condition. Over the years, as well as under the influence of various factors, these processes slow down, and the skin loses its firmness and elasticity. One way to re-stimulate fibroblasts into increased production of collagen i  elastin  is to induce controlled and intended micro-damage – for example by micro-puncture. This treatment has one more advantage – as part of it, you can administer selected active substances deep into the skin – their type is adapted to the individual needs of the skin (it can be hyaluronic acid with a moisturizing effect, but also lifting or nourishing substances).

How does the procedure look like?

As the name suggests, micro-puncture involves making microscopic, but very numerous skin punctures. During the treatment, a specialized device is used with needles that make pulsating movements and stick into the skin to a depth of 0.2 to 0.3 mm. The device is able to make up to 1920 punctures per second! Such a fast pace of puncture means that the treatment does not take long.

For whom?

Skin micro-puncture treatment is widely used and works well as a remedy for various skin problems: stretch marks, scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, loss of firmness and skin elasticity. The procedure can be performed on any area of the skin, and most often it is performed as a micro-puncture of the face.

effect?

The micro-puncture treatment is not only effective, but also very versatile. With its help, you can eliminate visible signs of skin aging, but also minimize the visibility of stretch marks, acne scars or discoloration. Importantly, the effects look natural, because this treatment stimulates the natural processes taking place in the skin, restoring its more favorable appearance and improving its condition. skinless skin, lack of skin elasticity, discoloration, lack of uniform skin tone and structure

Contraindications:

– pregnancy and breastfeeding

-cancer diseases

– autoimmune diseases

– blood clotting disorders

– active skin infections (herpes, bacterial or fungal infections)

– active acne or inflammation

Duration of the procedure: 60-90 min

3-5 series of treatments every 2-4 weeks

The price of the treatment includes preparations for the injection (enzymatic, acid and hydrolipid barrier alignment) as well as after-treatment of the skin

Threads are used both for skin revitalization and for tissue lifting. Among our patients, they are becoming increasingly popular due to the impressive results that improve skin condition, lift tissues, and create a more youthful appearance.
What is treatment with PDO threads?
This type of thread can be used on the face, under the eyes, and on various areas of the body where we want to firm, smooth, or tighten the skin. When placed under the skin, PDO threads stimulate the body’s natural collagen production processes. In addition to activating these natural regenerative mechanisms, PDO threads also provide a mechanical lifting effect, resulting in an immediate improvement in skin firmness. Thanks to this technology, the treatment works in a comprehensive way, strengthening and improving the condition of the treated area on multiple levels. The popularity of PDO thread treatments is due not only to the visible results but also to the fact that the procedure is relatively quick, practically painless, and the effects can last up to 15 months.
What does the procedure look like?
PDO threads are often used for visible facial lifting, particularly in the cheek area, along the jawline, chin, and neck. Depending on the patient’s skin type, the amount of subcutaneous tissue, and the desired results, the specialist selects the appropriate type and number of threads. The minimum suggested number of threads is usually about 7 per side. The cost of the treatment depends on the number of threads used. The recovery period is significantly shorter compared to surgical lifting procedures or barbed thread treatments. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia and is generally painless. After the treatment, small bruises and mild swelling may occur and typically disappear within 7–10 days.
Who is it for?
PDO thread lifting is becoming increasingly popular because it offers many advantages. The procedure is safe, does not require special preparation, and its effectiveness is confirmed by both clinical studies and patient feedback. PDO threads can be applied to many areas of the body where improved firmness and lifting effects are desired.
Effects
One of the major advantages of PDO threads is that the effects are visible almost immediately. Shortly after the treatment, a noticeable lifting and tightening of the skin can be observed, along with a reduction in wrinkles. Over time, as the threads stimulate collagen production and cellular regeneration, the skin continues to improve in terms of firmness and elasticity. PDO threads are most commonly used on the face to combat loss of elasticity and visible signs of aging, especially around the eyes and mouth. They also effectively improve the firmness and smoothness of the neck and décolleté area.
Contraindications:
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Cancer
  • Autoimmune diseases
  • Blood clotting disorders
  • Active skin infections (herpes, bacterial or fungal infections)
  • Active acne or inflammation
Duration of the procedure: 60–90 minutes
The procedure is usually performed once every 15 months
The price of the treatment includes skin preparation before injection (enzymatic exfoliation, acid treatment, and hydrolipid barrier balancing) as well as post-treatment skin care.
The secret of youthful skin through nature
Wrinkles, loss of skin firmness, acne scars, and hair loss are just some of the concerns that can be treated with platelet-rich plasma. This unique substance is injected deep into the skin to stimulate natural regenerative processes, support collagen production, and promote the formation of new blood vessels. But what exactly is platelet-rich plasma and how does it work?
What is platelet-rich plasma treatment?
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is an autologous substance, meaning it is obtained from the patient’s own body—specifically from venous blood. For this reason, the procedure is often referred to as a “vampire lifting.” The PRP preparation contains a high concentration of platelets and numerous growth factors that stimulate natural skin regeneration processes and support tissue repair.
What does the procedure look like?
The platelet-rich plasma preparation is produced immediately before the procedure using the patient’s collected blood and a specialized centrifuge that separates individual blood components. The PRP is then injected using mesotherapy techniques into the selected treatment area. It can be applied to the face, neck, décolleté, scalp, or other areas of the body. The preparation is injected intradermally or subcutaneously, and the depth of injection is individually adjusted depending on the treatment area and the concern being addressed. The procedure is usually performed under local anesthesia.
Who is it for?
Platelet-rich plasma treatments are widely used not only in aesthetic dermatology but also in other fields of medicine, including trichology (hair and scalp treatments).
The most common indications include:
  • Visible signs of skin aging such as wrinkles and loss of firmness, density, and elasticity.
  • Scars—especially acne scars, but also scars resulting from minor injuries.
  • Trichological concerns such as hair loss, weakened hair follicles, and hair thinning.
Platelet-rich plasma treatments can also be used preventively. Because PRP is derived from the patient’s own body, it is usually very well tolerated. Even if deep wrinkles or skin density loss have not yet developed, the treatment may still be beneficial as a preventive measure. PRP is a good option for people seeking non-invasive treatments that do not alter facial features or facial expressions.
Effects
The results depend on the number of treatments performed, the treated area, and the initial condition of the skin. Platelet-rich plasma for the face, neck, or décolleté may provide:
  • Gradual smoothing of wrinkles, especially noticeable after 2–3 months and after a series of treatments.
  • Improved skin firmness, structure, and density.
Platelet-rich plasma for the scalp may provide:
  • Slowing of hair loss processes.
  • Reduction of excessive hair shedding.
  • Strengthening of hair bulbs and follicles.
When applied to other areas of the body, PRP improves skin density, structure, and firmness while reducing visible signs of aging. It may also help reduce discoloration and improve the appearance of scars.
Contraindications:
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Cancer
  • Autoimmune diseases
  • Blood clotting disorders
  • Active skin infections (herpes, bacterial, or fungal infections)
  • Active acne or inflammation
  • Tendency to develop hypertrophic scars or keloids
Duration of the procedure: 60–90 minutes

Versatile regeneration and anti-aging. Exosomes are extremely small vesicles produced by stem cells. They enable intercellular communication and the transfer of active substances. Although they have been known in medicine for many years, they have only recently begun to be widely used in aesthetic medicine.
What are exosomes used for?
The microscopic size of exosomes and their ability to transfer active substances between cells make them highly effective in regenerative and anti-aging treatments. In addition, exosomes have anti-inflammatory properties. Their use may help with:
  • reducing visible signs of skin aging, including wrinkles and loss of firmness,
  • improving skin tone and reducing discoloration,
  • increasing the level of skin hydration,
  • reducing acne scars,
  • scalp therapy, especially to stimulate hair growth,
  • supporting therapy for atopic dermatitis by relieving symptoms.
What does the procedure look like?
The wide range of effects of exosomes allows them to be used for different treatment purposes. Exosomes may also be combined with additional active substances and applied using various methods. Methods of administering exosomes: Exosome therapies can be performed on different areas of the body depending on the treatment goal. These molecules can be delivered using:
  • needle-based methods – particularly needle mesotherapy or microneedle radiofrequency,
  • needle-free methods – such as fractional laser treatments or radiofrequency waves.
Before selecting the treatment method, the specialist evaluates the condition of the skin and conducts a consultation to determine indications and possible contraindications for specific techniques of exosome application. Based on this assessment, a personalized treatment plan is prepared to ensure the procedure is best suited to the needs of the patient’s skin.
